Where We Ship

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • We cannot ship certain items to PO Boxes. APO/FPO addresses are accepted with extended delivery timelines.

Processing Times

  • Standard processing: 1–3 business days.

  • Peak and holidays: 3–5 business days.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time are processed the next business day.

  • Bundle or high-volume orders may require additional processing time. Pre-shipment address edits are not guaranteed once an order is in progress.

Personalized & Engraved Items

  • Engraving lead time: add 1–2 business days for personalization and quality control prior to shipment.

  • During periods with high personalization volume, processing can extend beyond the windows above.

  • Please verify engraving text at checkout. Once an item moves into production it cannot be changed or canceled.

  • Orders that include both personalized and non-personalized items will ship together unless we notify you otherwise.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, order contents, and carrier service.

  • Free standard ground shipping on orders $100+ (subtotal after discounts, before tax), , excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

  • Oversized, heavy, or special-handling items may incur additional fees shown at checkout.

  • Some orders may ship in multiple packages at no extra cost to you.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes (Standard)

  • West Coast: 2–4 business days

  • Central US: 3–5 business days

  • East Coast: 4–7 business days

    Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier. Weather, carrier capacity, holidays, or events outside our control may cause delays.

Order Tracking

  • A shipment confirmation email with tracking is sent when your order ships.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier website.

  • Delivery confirmation is included for all shipments.

Packaging & Product Notes

  • Items are packaged carefully to help ensure safe delivery.

  • Candles are heat-sensitive and may soften in transit during warm weather. This does not affect performance or safety.

  • Fragile goods are shipped with extra protection.

Address Accuracy, Delivery, and Signature

  • Confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors provided by the customer.

  • If a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, claims for theft are generally not covered. Consider a secure delivery location or a signature option when available.

  • High-value orders may require Signature on Delivery. Any re-delivery or pickup fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Risk of Loss, Insurance, and Claims

  • Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the carrier accepts the shipment. Carrier liability limits apply.

  • Optional shipping protection or added insurance (if offered at checkout) provides extra coverage for loss or damage.

  • Damage claims: report visible damage with photos of the product, inner and outer packaging, and the shipping label within 7 days of delivery.

  • Loss claims: report if tracking shows no movement for 10 days (continental US) or if the package has not arrived within 30 days of shipment.

  • We may require your cooperation to file a carrier investigation. Lack of requested information can limit or void a claim.

Undeliverable, Refused, or Returned Packages

  • If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you. Reshipment requires payment of a new shipping fee.

  • Refused deliveries are treated as returns under our Returns Policy and may be subject to return shipping and restocking fees.

Shipping Restrictions

  • No international shipping at this time.

  • Some items may have destination restrictions or require ground service only, as noted on the product page.

Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for delays or failures to deliver due to events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, carrier interruptions, government actions, or other extraordinary circumstances.

  • All prices are listed and processed in USD.
