Our Policy in Short
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind. Because many of our goods are one of a kind and artisan made, we only resolve issues for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hi@hereandalways.com. Include:

Your order number.

A description of the issue.

Clear photos of the item, the inner and outer packaging, and the shipping label.
Once verified, we will offer one of the following at no cost to you:

A replacement of the same item or a comparable item if the original is unavailable.

A repair if appropriate.

A refund to the original payment method.
We may ask you to return or safely dispose of the item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Shipping loss or theft: For packages marked delivered or stalled in transit, please see our Shipping Policy for claim steps and carrier timelines.
Personalized and Engraved Items

All personalized or engraved items are final sale once production begins.

If there is a manufacturing defect or an engraving error caused by us, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
All items are final sale. The following are never eligible for return or exchange:

Personalized or engraved items.

Gift cards.
-
Perishables and any item marked “Final Sale” on the product page.

Opened personal care items, if applicable.

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids, if applicable.

Bundles and sets, including multi-item orders that contain any personalized item.
How Issue Resolution Works

Email hi@hereandalways.com within 7 days of delivery with the required details and photos.

We review and confirm eligibility.

If a return is required, we provide a prepaid label and instructions. Ship the item within 7 days of approval.

After receipt and inspection, we process your replacement, repair, or refund.
Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit. Shipping charges, gift wrap, and rush services are not refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, approved resolutions may be issued to you. If the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, any refund goes to the original purchaser.
Abuse and Fraud
We reserve the right to limit or refuse resolutions in cases of suspected abuse, unlawful activity, or fraud.
Where This Policy Applies
We currently resolve order issues for shipments within the United States only.
